About Bike Size Finder
An independent bicycle size chart reference. We compile, verify, and present sizing data from official brand sources so riders can choose the right frame before purchase.
Methodology
Data sourcing
Every size chart row on this site is sourced from official brand sizing guides, product pages, or geometry charts published by the manufacturer. We do not generate, estimate, or scrape third-party aggregators for sizing data.
Verification
Each chart is reviewed against the current official source at the time of publication. The review date is noted on each page. When a brand updates its sizing guide, we update the corresponding chart.
Representative models
For bike-type sizing (gravel, mountain), we publish a representative current model with real geometry values rather than an averaged or generic chart. This ensures the inseam and standover values are tied to a verifiable product.
Cross-brand comparison
Brand sizing labels (e.g. 'M', '54cm') are not equivalent across manufacturers. Our comparison tables match by published height range, not by label, so riders can see how Trek, Giant, and Specialized sizing maps at the same rider height.
Data sources
Each page links to its specific sources. In general, sizing data comes from:
- Official brand sizing guides (e.g. trekbikes.com/sizing, giant-bicycles.com)
- Product-page geometry tabs for representative models
- Brand-published buyer's guides and fit documentation
Limitations
Bike Size Finder narrows your frame size before purchase. It is not a replacement for a professional bike fit. Sizing recommendations are based on published height ranges and geometry data. Individual fit depends on proportions, flexibility, riding style, and intended use. Always confirm on the brand's official product page or with a qualified fitter before making a purchase decision.
