Tarmac reach moves 42 mm across the range while stack climbs 111 mm, so the front end rises much faster than the cockpit lengthens. The largest single reach step is 11 mm and the largest single stack step is 26 mm. Roubaix and Allez publish their own charts: Roubaix runs 44 to 64 and its 54 covers 170-178 cm, while Allez starts at 49 and its 56 covers 175-183 cm.

Stumpjumper and Stumpjumper EVO share one S-Sizing chart, and the ranges are wide on purpose. 173 cm sits inside 3 S-Sizes at once, and Specialized's own S-Sizing page says the smaller size is the more nimble one while the larger is the more stable. The letters do not map to the road cm ladder.

Sirrus and Sirrus X share this chart, and the Roll city range publishes the same bands from S to XL. Sirrus X has a wider bar and a longer front centre than Sirrus, so the frame numbers below belong to the Sirrus X 4.0 rather than to every hybrid. Specialized's chart runs to XXL while the 4.0 geometry table stops at XL: the XXL stack and reach come from the Sirrus X 6.0, whose own ladder starts at XS, so that size shows no standover rather than a figure from a frame that publishes a different range. Standover climbs 131 mm from XXS to XL.

Specialized uses a mix of traditional cm labels (44, 49, 52, 54, 56, 58, 61, 64) and S-Sizing labels (S1-S6) depending on model and discipline.

For road bikes like Tarmac and Roubaix, Specialized uses traditional cm sizing. For trail bikes like Stumpjumper, it uses S-Sizing.

Specialized cm labels roughly correspond to effective top-tube length, but modern models use sloping geometry — match by height range, not cm label.

S-Sizing uses Rider-First Engineering: each frame size has unique tube dimensions and carbon layup, not just scaled geometry.
