How to measure

Height filters the chart. Cycling inseam decides which overlapping size to keep. The method is the same for every brand.

Height and inseam

Height

Take shoes off and stand tall, looking straight ahead. A helper should rest a flat object on the crown of your head, then run a tape from the floor to the underside of that object. Save the number in inches and centimeters — charts use both.

Inseam

Stand tall and barefoot with feet slightly apart. Ask a helper to measure vertically from your crotch to the floor. Keep your legs straight and feet flat.

  • What Liv bike size do I need?

    Use your height on the Road, Mountain, Hybrid and Gravel charts on this page. On the road table, 153-155 cm sits in both XXS and XS. Cycling inseam and standover pick the side. Then check stack and reach for the exact Liv model.

  • Can I copy a Liv size from one bike type to another?
