Why height alone is not enough
Riders with the same height can need different sizes because inseam, torso length, flexibility, and preferred handling differ.

Talon standover is almost flat from M up: 709 mm at M, 709 mm at L and 710 mm at XL. Reach and wheel size decide the size rather than clearance.
Reach grows 91 mm across the ladder while stack grows 91 mm, so the cockpit and the front end move together. That is unusual for a mountain frame, where reach usually climbs faster.
XS is the only 27.5-inch size. The step from XS to S adds 49 mm of stack and 30 mm of reach and swaps the wheel size, so it is the largest single change in the table.
