How a claim works
The provider's page names each step and the document it needs.
- Collect the loss date, location, description, bike details, policy number, and contact information.
- For damage, add photos and a written repair estimate from a bike shop.
- For a theft, add the police report or report number and details of the lock.
- File the claim in the customer portal. A licensed claims administrator works with you and the shop.
